Privacy policy
TransFusion is a browser extension that Freeflow Beverage Solutions makes for its own staff. It adds tools to Service Fusion, the job-management system Freeflow uses. This page explains what it reads, what it sends, where, and why.
Who it is for
TransFusion is installed on Freeflow staff computers by Freeflow's administrators. It only runs on Service Fusion pages (admin.servicefusion.com) and needs settings that only Freeflow's administrators provide, so on anyone else's computer it does nothing.
What it reads
While you have a Service Fusion job open, TransFusion reads what is on that page to do its work: the job number, status and sub-status, PO number, customer and parent account names, job source, assigned technicians, custom fields, the job description and the completion notes. It does not read other websites, your browsing history, or anything outside Service Fusion.
What it sends, and where
Most of what it reads stays in your browser. It sends something only when a feature needs an answer, and only to services Freeflow runs for these features:

Links in the extension (the customer's portal, the invoice in Zoho Inventory, the Autodraft app, the staff guide) open those sites in a new tab only when you click them. What those sites do is governed by their own policies.
What it stores
- Your settings (which tools are on, and their options) in your browser's extension storage. If you sign in to your browser, the browser may sync them between your computers.
- Connection settings (the addresses of Freeflow's automations and Autodraft's access keys), set by Freeflow's administrators or typed into the extension, in your browser on that computer.
- A short note of which older Freeflow extensions it found still installed, so it can tell you to remove them, and for 30 seconds the job number when a button sends you to that job's edit page.
TransFusion keeps no copy of job details. Freeflow's automations and Autodraft keep records of their work under Freeflow's own accounts with those services.
What it never does
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or profiling.
- Nothing is sold or shared with anyone except the services named above, and only to run these features.
- No code is downloaded and run from anywhere; everything the extension runs ships inside it.
The services involved
Service Fusion (the page itself), Make.com (Freeflow's automations), OpenAI (through Make, for AI Work Review and the Rewriter), and Supabase (hosting Autodraft). Each handles data under its own terms and under Freeflow's agreements with it.
